Bbq marinert kylling med bulgursalat

Denne lune salaten har jeg laget basert på rester etter grillmaten. Du kan selv bruke de grønnsakene og kjøttet du liker best, men tanken bak er at du skal få brukt opp det du har for hånden.

Ingrediensene i denne oppskriften er enkle, men smaken er stor takket være en fantastisk marinade. Du kan gjerne marinere kjøttet over natten for å få ekstra mye smak. Dersom du vil redusere kaloriene så kan du la marinaden renne av før du steker. Du kan også droppe ekstra stekefett i panna.

Måltid: Middag Porsjoner: 2 porsjoner

Ingredienser

  • 250 g kylling, bbq marinert
  • 2 dl kokt bulgurris
  • 1 dl agurk
  • 1 dl cherrytomater
  • 1/2 rødløk
  • 2 ss grovhakkede urter
  • 2 ss yoghurtdressing

Marinade:

  • 4 ss olivenolje
  • 2 ss balsamico
  • 1 ss soyasaus
  • 1 ss ketchup
  • 2 hvitløksfedd
  • 1 ts tørre urter
  • godt med salt og pepper
  1. Bland alle ingrediensene sammen i en bolle
  2. Ha kyllingen i bolle og bland godt sammen
  3. Hell over i en ziplock pose, og sett i kjøleskap i minst 1 time

Slik gjør du

  1. Mariner kyllingen i en plastpose, og sett kaldt i minst 1 time
  2. Kok bulgurris etter anvisning på pakken.
  3. Skjær tomater og agurk i terninger og løk i strimler.
  4. Stek eller grill kyllingen, og bland så alle ingrediensene i serveringsboller.
  5. Server med yoghurtdressing som topping.

Denne retten passer både som lunsj og som middag. Den kan og tas med som matpakke fordi den smaker godt kaldt også.
